Vivobarefoot is a B-Certified barefoot shoe company committed to promoting foot health and reconnecting people to nature. After leading the design and building the prototype that helped win the pitch, I’ve been focusing on two main areas: replatforming Revivo and developing a content strategy for Vivobarefoot.
Both initiatives are currently in development, with designs available for review upon request. Here’s a brief overview of my approach to the Revivo project:
Revivo replatforming
Revivo, the outlet and refurbishment platform of Vivobarefoot, is undergoing a replatforming from Divendo to Adobe Commerce. The objective was to align Revivo’s visual identity with Vivobarefoot’s branding while optimizing content modules and user experience.
The Challenge
Revivo’s existing platform on Divendo was visually and functionally inconsistent with Vivobarefoot’s branding, leading to a disjointed user experience.
However, the existing modules on Vivobarefoot are inconsistent across different touchpoints, requiring strategic selection and modification to achieve a unified design and maintain user-centric functionality.
This required close collaboration with developers to assess module feasibility and implement necessary design adjustments.
